How much can I earn?
The reward is 0.10% of the mortgage balance, split evenly between you and your referral. Minimum $100 each, maximum $500 each. No cap on the number of referrals.
Who can I refer?
Anyone in Canada buying a home, renewing an existing mortgage, refinancing, or switching lenders. Friends, family, neighbours, coworkers - anyone who could benefit from a better rate.
No fee charged for your referral
The cash reward comes from Frank Mortgage - not from a fee charged to the person you refer. They get great rates and advice at no extra cost.
When do I get paid?
Frank transfers the cash reward directly to both of you after their mortgage closes. If your referral qualifies for another Frank cash reward, they receive the larger of the two - not both.

Do I need to be a Frank Mortgage client to refer someone?
No. Anyone can refer - whether you've used Frank before or not. If you're also looking for a mortgage yourself, your advisor can help you at the same time.
How do I make sure Frank knows the referral came from me?
Use the referral link on this page. It includes a tracking code so our team can attribute the referral to you correctly.
What provinces does this apply to?
Frank Mortgage is licensed in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador. Referrals must be for a property in one of these provinces (plus PEI).
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many people as you like - each qualifying closed mortgage earns a cash reward for both of you.
Does my referral pay anything extra for using Frank?
No. The reward comes entirely from Frank Mortgage - not from a fee charged to the person you refer. They benefit from the same unbiased, no-fee broker service Frank offers to all clients.
Can the referral reward be combined with other Frank offers?
No. The referral program cash back cannot be used or combined with other incentives or offers from Frank Mortgage. If your referral qualifies for another Frank cash reward, they receive the larger of the two.
